My Approach
As a Life Coach with a BSocSci Honours in Psychology (BPsych Equivalent), I saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between traditional coaching and deep behavioral insight. My approach integrates a sophisticated understanding of human behavior with practical, goal-oriented strategies.
I provide a balanced space for both reflection and action, giving you the best chance at making transformative, lasting changes.
CH Life Coaching is a dedicated coaching practice and does not offer clinical therapy or a substitute for it. Instead, it is a professional approach that leans on evidence-based tools and psychological theory. This offers a unique and effective way to help you understand your patterns, navigate transitions, and overcome mental hurdles - supporting your personal and professional growth and overall well-being.
In this results-oriented space, we focus on self-acceptance, removing mental blocks, and developing new strategies together for a more fulfilling life and stronger relationships.
A space to share, grow, and relax
In-person consultations will take place in my office, which resembles a calm, soothing environment with complimentary coffee, tea, or water.
Online consultations are also available for those who live far away, but still want to make use of these services.

My office is currently based in Windhoek, Namibia. However, I also offer online sessions through video calls for people in different towns and countries.
